Our Ethos

These classes offer a safe and supportive environment where babies can experience the joy of being in the water under the guidance of trained instructors, while parents actively participate and support their child's aquatic journey. At ESA we pride ourselves on creating a comforting and joyful experience for your little one. With warm pools calm environments and constant involvement with our in water teachers. We also appreciate some adults may find taking the first step into the pool with their little one a bit daunting. With over 10 years experience our parent and Baby classes are also informative guides to help build confidence and knowledge to our Adults. More than just splashing around, these classes provide a platform for fostering a strong bond between parent and child while instilling essential water safety skills from an early age. Let's dive into the myriad benefits and experiences these classes offer.

Boosting Confidence: For both parent and baby, mastering new skills in the water cultivates a sense of accomplishment and confidence. As babies become more comfortable and capable in the water, they exude a newfound sense of independence and fearlessness. Likewise, parents gain confidence in their ability to support and guide their child through aquatic activities, fostering a sense of empowerment and reassurance.

Building Bonds: From the moment parents step into the pool with their little ones, a special bond is formed. The shared experience of exploring the water environment together creates moments of joy, trust, and connection. Through gentle interactions such as holding, singing, and playing, parents and babies establish a foundation of communication and mutual understanding.

Water Safety: One of the primary objectives of parent and baby swimming lessons is to promote water safety awareness. Caregivers learn vital skills such as how to hold their baby securely in the water, teaching them to float on their back, and guiding them through basic movements. These classes provide a safe and controlled environment for babies to become comfortable in the water while also equipping parents with the knowledge and confidence to keep their child safe around aquatic environments.
