Parent and Toddler 

These classes provide a supportive environment where toddlers can explore the water under the guidance of trained instructors, while parents actively participate and support their child's aquatic journey. We provide small class of 5 toddlers with their parents. 

Building Bonds: Entering the pool together fosters a strong bond between parent and toddler from the start. The shared excitement of splashing and playing in the water creates moments of joy and connection, strengthening the parent-child relationship. Through gentle guidance and encouragement, parents help their toddlers explore the aquatic environment, building trust and rapport in the process.

Water Safety: One of the primary goals of parent and toddler swimming lessons at ESA is to install crucial water safety skills from an early age. Parents learn essential techniques for supporting and supervising their toddlers in the water, such as proper holds and ways to encourage floating and kicking. Toddlers gradually become familiar with the water, learning how to enter and exit safely, float on their backs, and reach for the pool edge—all vital skills that can prevent accidents and promote confidence in aquatic environments.

Skill Development: Swimming lessons for toddlers are designed to be fun and age-appropriate, focusing on fundamental skills that lay the foundation for future swimming proficiency. Toddlers engage in activities like blowing bubbles, kicking their legs, and reaching for toys, which help develop coordination, strength, and motor skills. These classes also introduce basic swimming strokes and techniques in a playful and supportive manner, encouraging toddlers to explore and discover their abilities in the water.
