I am a passionate sports enthusiast from South Africa with a rich background in swimming and water polo, having competed at the provincial level in both sports. I have over 10 years experience teaching and coaching swimming. I have helped countless individuals build confidence and skills in the water. 

 

An avid athlete, I have also competed in multiple marathons and Ironman 70.3 events, showcasing a commitment to endurance and personal growth. I have a love for both swimming in the pool and open water. I want to continue to inspire others through dedication to sport and help them achieve their goals.

Kate holds the Level 1 and Level 2 ASA Swim for Life Aquatics Teaching qualifications.  STA Teacher Rescue. And safeguarding, which are renewed regularly.

Kate is also a member of, and is fully insured by the Institute of Swimming.
